Our 20 acre riverfront property is the perfect backdrop for your special day. Let us host a unique and unforgettable wedding including rooms for you and your wedding party to get ready or spend the night, and a beautiful area for the ceremony and reception. Whether you would like a small intimate wedding by the water, or a large elaborate wedding, we can accommodate groups up to 160.
PRICING FOR WEDDINGS:
Rental of the entire property is required and is priced as follows:
All five guest rooms for one night, including breakfast (for overnight guests only)............................Price Dependent on Date

The average cost to rent our facility and equipment ranges from $5k - 7k.
Alcohol Policy:
If you plan to serve alcohol you must hire a licensed and insured bartender. Proof of license and insurance must be provided at least two weeks before wedding date.
We promote a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests. To ensure the well-being and comfort of everyone on our premises, we require that all patrons refrain from excessive drinking. We believe in responsible and moderate alcohol consumption to enhance your experience and maintain a pleasant atmosphere for all. Any violation of our alcohol policy may result in eviction from the property or the involvement of law enforcement if necessary.
We are a non-smoking property. To ensure the well-being and comfort of everyone on our premises, no form of smoking is permitted at any time. Any violation of our smoking policy may result in eviction from the property.
All weddings require a 50% non-refundable deposit and event insurance (not purchased through us).
